BlackBerry 9780 Release Date and Specs Revealed

A number of photos of the BlackBerry 9780 had just leaked out recently. As of present, the BlackBerry 9780’s launch is not yet officially announced, but this device is believed to be a refresh of the BlackBerry Bold 9700. Some details about this upcoming device has already leaked this past few months, but lately more pictures have surfaced and strongly suggests that it will be running the BlackBerry OS 6.

Basically, the BlackBerry 9780 is expected to carry many similar specs seen in the BlackBerry Bold 9700. Like the Bold 9700, this new device also sports a 2.44 inch screen that goes with a resolution of 480×360 pixels. Aside from this, the BlackBerry 9780 will also be powered by a 624MHz processor, which is exactly the same processor that powered the Bold 9700.
